Non-Domestic Shipping

We can ship to the following locations, however, they cannot be done through our website.  To place an order to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military addresses, Canada, Mexico or other International locations you will need to call Customer Experience to place your order.  You can reach our Customer Experience Team by calling (336) 979-1140 (Everyday 10:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time Zone).


To ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military addresses we will follow the below steps to get your package to these locations:

  1. We will have the order shipped to our Corporate office.
  2. We will then either use the same box or repackage the item to be shipped to your destination address.
  3. Shipping will be done either via UPS or USPS*.
  4. At the time of ordering we will charge you the cost to have the item shipped to our Corporate office as outlined on our shipping rates page.
  5. We will then factor the cost to ship via UPS or USPS dependent on the weight and dimensions of the packaging we use to continue your package to the its destination.  We will charge the actual shipping cost, plus a 7% handling fee.  You will be invoiced for this charge and as soon as the charge is paid we will release your item to UPS or USPS.
  6. If you choose not to pay the additional cost to ship your item to its destination; we can ship it to you, however, you will be charged the shipping cost, plus a 7% handling fee.  You will be invoiced for this charge and as soon as the charge is paid we will release your item to UPS or USPS.
  7. If you choose not to pay for any of the additional shipping costs to its original destination or to your address, we will refund you in store credit an amount equal to 75% of the item(s) total (this does not include taxes, shipping charges or any other fees) and dispose of the item or donate it to a local charity of our choice.


To ship to Canada, Mexico or other International addresses we will follow the below steps to get your package to these locations:

  1. We will have the order shipped to our Corporate office.
  2. We will then either use the same box or repackage the item to be shipped to your destination address.
  3. Shipping will be done via UPS.
  4. At the time of ordering we will charge you the cost to have the item shipped to our Corporate office as outlined on our shipping rates page.
  5. We will then factor the cost to ship via UPS to continue your package to its destination.  We will charge the actual shipping cost, plus a 10% handling fee.  You will be invoiced for this charge and as soon as the charge is paid we will release your item to UPS.
  6. If you choose not to pay the additional cost to ship your item to its destination; we can ship it to you, however, you will be charged the shipping cost, plus a 10% handling fee.  You will be invoiced for this charge and as soon as the charge is paid we will release your item to UPS.
  7. If you choose not to pay for any of the additional shipping costs to its original destination or to your address, we will refund you in store credit an amount equal to 75% of the item(s) total (this does not include taxes, shipping charges or any other fees) and dispose of the item or donate it to a local charity of our choice.


*Items being sent to a Military address cannot exceed 70 pounds and will be shipped only by USPS per Federal regulations.
