Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Please send a return request [email protected] to our Returns Center Team. In the subject line please be sure to put your order number.
- Our Returns Center Team will reply to your ticket through our help desk. You will get an email with how to proceed with the return of your item(s).
- Shipping is done by a carrier of your choice and you are responsible for the payment to the shipping carrier. Shoperific will not compensate or reimburse you for the shipping costs to return the item(s) back to us.
