First of all, we want to apologize that your item has arrived damaged.


Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Please send a return request by email to [email protected] along with pictures of the item received to our Returns Center Team. In the subject line please be sure to put your order number.
  • Once your email has been received by our Returns Center Team they will reply to your ticket through our help desk. You will get an email with how to proceed with the return of the damaged item.
